For the past 12 plus years, during , we have taken time to celebrate and say Thank You to all of the wonderful nannies in the industry through hosting giveaways, events, and awarding the Carolina Super Nanny. Carolina Super Nanny Award?
This year, we are excited to be presenting the 8th annual Carolina Super Nanny Award. We will be honoring one exceptional nanny, by presenting this Award at the end of our National Nanny Recognition Week celebration. On Friday the 27th of September, we will present the Carolina Super Nanny Award to one exceptional nanny in the Carolinas. This nanny will be someone nominated by their current family, past families, or members of the nanny community. The Carolina Super Nanny Award is given to a nanny that has gone above and beyond for families they have worked with, exhibits a dedication and passion for the industry, and has been an instrumental part of the nanny and local community. We look forward to considering all nannies nominated, and look forward to celebrating one special nanny this year.

Make your nanny feel special this week by thanking them for a job well done. We have put together 10 fun ways your family can make your nanny feel appreciated.
- Purchase a gift card to a Spa, Mud Facial Bar or Nail Salon and give him/her an afternoon off for some self-care.
- Put together a gift basket with all his/her favorite things and write a note about how much you appreciate the Nanny/Manny.
- Offer your nanny a day off as a thank you for his/her hard work.
- Prepare a special breakfast for your Nanny/Manny as a thank you.
- This week is a great week to choose to give your Nanny/Manny a small bonus if you feel he/she has earned one.
- Get your nanny a gift card to Amazon, Door Dash, Grub Hub, or any other delivery service.
- Put together a self-care basket for your Manny/Nanny with spa items.
