A nanny share is when two or more families (typically two families) share a nanny. This means that two families hire the same nanny to care for their children at the same time. These placements offer a cost-effective way to hire and employ a nanny. Nanny Shares enable families to provide their children with quality care at a fraction of the price of hiring a nanny separately. The nanny typically works at one home, and the families split placement fee (a 50% savings), and each family pays 2/3 rds of the nanny’s hourly rate (a 33% savings per family).

Fees Paid to Agency

Each family must fill out a application below and pay a registration fee of $350.00 (non-refundable registration fee)

One time placement fee paid at placement (paid once nanny is hired): Each family pays 10% of the nanny’s annual salary, totaling 20%. Each long-term nanny share placement comes with a 12 month, one-time replacement search guarantee.

Hourly Pay for Nanny

Each family is responsible for paying 2/3rds of the Nanny’s typical hourly pay rate.?

For example: If the nanny that is hired requires a rate of $24.00 an hour for a typical nanny position.

Family one pays 2/3rds: $16.00 an hour?

Family two pays 2/3rds: $16.00 an hour

The nanny then makes $ 32.00 an hour for a nanny share placement.
