Nanny Holiday Bonus and Gift Guide

The holiday season is a great time to express your gratitude for your Nanny, Family Assistant, House Manager, or Domestic Employee. It is customary for families to pay a holiday bonus of 1-4 weeks’ pay in the month of December, depending on performance and tenure. In addition to a holiday bonus, consider gifting your nanny or domestic employee one of these thoughtful or personalized gifts you know they will love. ?

Gifts aren’t obligatory, but they’re a wonderful way to express love, gratitude, and appreciation for a job well done throughout the year. Please remember to shop locally whenever possible, and this year, if you can support any small business in Western NC impacted by Hurricane Helene while giving gifts, I know it would be greatly appreciated. This supports local businesses and helps the local economy.
